Shipping
At Amazing Engraving, we strive to process all orders in an expedient and efficient manner. Our goal is to have your order accurately processed, created and shipped as soon as possible. Standard industry times are 7-10 business days depending upon volume and the season. We are constantly looking for ways to streamline our system for improvements. Delivery times for individual orders will depend upon receipt of pertinent information (approvals) back from you if necessary and also the shipping method that is selected during the checkout process. We take extra efforts to properly package your merchandise so it arrives safely at it's destination. We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. If damages occur, the customer must file a claim with the shipping company. We will work with the customer to help resolve if this situation arises.
Returns Policy
Our goal is to offer only the finest engraved products available. However, in the unlikely event that you have a problem with the merchandise, rest assured that we will take care of the problem. To report a faulty or defective item, the customer must notify Amazing Engraving within 10 days of receiving the item. The customer can do this by phone, fax or by sending an email with an explanation of the problem. You will be issued an R.A. number. (Return Authorization) Mark this R.A. number clearly on the outside of the box so when it arrives at our facility, we can quickly identify it for determination. We will work with our customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the quality of our products and services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy at Amazing Engraving. We do not store any credit card information on this site. We will not collect any personal information from you that you do not volunteer. We are the sole owner of all information collected on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in any way that we have not mentioned in this statement.
